Superior quality dubbing tool made of stainless steel with a ball bearing inside that allows a fast and smooth rotation. Its swinging head permits 180 degrees of free swinging motion with block at center position. The positioning of the head at 90 degrees prevents unrolling of the dubbing that can be wrapped directly on the hook without using hackle pliers.
