Partendo dal celeberrimo filato classico di Danville e unendo la nostra esperienza di oltre 60 anni nelle fibre tessili e nelle tinture, abbiamo voluto riproporre il Flat Waxed Nylon mantenendo le sue caratteristiche peculiari e ampliandone la gamma di colori.
Il Flat Waxed Nylon è un filato di montaggio ad alta tenacità ed è composto da filamenti quasi paralleli che lo rendono molto piatto sull'amo, avendo però l'accortezza di scaricare le torsioni che si formano durante l'avvolgimento. Grazie a questa caratteristica, consente di realizzare corpi molto uniformi.
È perfetto per la costruzione di grossi artificiali sia per saltwater che freshwater, ma è anche ottimo per il montaggio di grosse mosche con materiali naturali, consentendo di stringere il pelo e le barbe senza reciderli.
